  • Hotel Policies

    A valid Credit or Debit Card and ID is required to check in at The Freedom Hotel. An incidental hold in the amount of $150 per stay will be placed on funds associated with the credit or debit card provided. If you do not have a Credit or Debit Card you provide Cash for the incidental hold at the front desk during check in. This hold is released at check out, if no incidental charges have been made during the stay. Generally, if you use a Credit Card the funds will be processed back to your account within 3-7 business days, though sometimes longer when using a debit card. For this reason, we recommend using a major credit card at check-in.


    When booking directly through our website, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee the reservation. This card is not authorized or charged in advance. A valid credit card is still required at check-in. In the event that a third-party credit card will be used to cover payment for any portion of your stay, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the hotel, along with a copy of the credit card and cardholder’s ID. This must be received prior to check-in. To request a credit card authorization form, please email us at info@thefreedomhotel.com.


    You must be at least 18 years of age to check in at The Freedom Hotel.

    We are a 100% non-smoking hotel.

    Pets are not permitted.
